MURBS & TOWNHOUSE ELECTRIFICATION CHALLENGES
The primary challenge on MURB and TOWN HOUSE projects is a limited available electricity power on the main distribution electrical panel, which indeed cannot satisfy the growing demand of EV, DHW Tank and Heat Pump.
Therefore, adding two or three 30/40/50 Amp EV, DHW Tank and Heat Pump loads to each unit that are all feeding from a limited main electrical power is a significant constraint and, in many projects, almost impossible to implement.
EVectriX Harmony smart panels are specifically designed to not only manage the limited power capacity, but also facilitate the EV ,DHW Tank and Heat Pump demand on different types of Buildings.
EVECTRIX System Architecture to avoid panels upgrade in MURBs
Each unit will be equipped with the Smart Harmony Panel including CT sensors, which directly manage key connected devices as it’s needed.
All Harmony panels connect to the Central ILMS (Intelligent Load Management System), which manage efficiently and seamlessly the available power within the pre-programmed priorities logics.
