Refund and Returns Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of item receipt.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all accompanying boxes and documents, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.
For a swift exchange, return the original item following the approved return process. Once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
